GORE-TEX® Experience Tour
Mountain freaks take note: the latest project from the GORE-TEX® Experience Tour gives one lucky winner the chance to share his or her adventures, stories and memories at this year’s Kiku. International Mountain Summit, taking place from 17 to 22 October 2013 in Brixen / South Tyrol.
No two mountains are alike, no two ascents are the same, and every experience is unique. Days, even months, before the start of a tour elaborate plans are made and suitable routes are chosen to make sure that everything works out well. The GORE-TEX® Experience Tour’s latest project offers one outdoor enthusiast the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to present his or her own personal alpine project at IMS 2013 and to share his or her singular adventure with like-minded people.
United by their passion for mountain environments, outdoor fans, mountain freaks and professional alpinists meet at Europe’s leading mountain sports event. In 2012 IMS attracted more than 7,000 participants from nine different countries. IMS is more than just a platform for the mountain sports sector. It presents the perfect opportunity to broaden your horizons and share in the fascinating adventures of like-minded people. Alpine enthusiasts can go hiking in the mountains with the professionals, listen to top athletes talking about their experiences, or join in discussion sessions.
The winner of the GORE-TEX® Experience Tour will be given the opportunity to present his or her own alpine project to an IMS audience on 18 October 2013. He or she will also win 2 nights for 2 people in Brixen and free entry to IMS. Anyone interested in taking part in the competition can apply between 13 May and 28 July 2013 via the Web site of the GORE-TEX® Experience Tour: www.experience-tour.com.
